The decal features the color image of Fifinella and instructions for how to apply the color image. Fifinella was a female gremlin designed by Walt Disney for a proposed film based on Roald Dahl's book "The Gremlins". The WASPs were granted the rights to use this image as their mascot by the Walt Disney Company. Alongside the color image is the name "Order of Fifinella." The Order of Fifinella was an organization established by the WASP in November of 1944. The organization's purpose was to disseminate information about reemployment opportunities, to maintain communication among the WASP, and to form a unified organization to influence legislation and potential employers in aviation. The organization lasted for sixty-five years until its disbandment in 2009.
