Penn Hall, or Alumna hall as it was later known, was demolished in the late 1980s. <br />
Senior Hall was built in 1899. It  is located between Riddle Hall and Alumnae House and is called South Hall today. ]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Silver pin featuring a set of wings and a winged bullet in the center. This pin was created to recognize both the training and hazardous duty of aerial gunners who manned defensive machine guns on board such aircraft as the B-17, B-24, B-25, B-26, and B-29 bombers. It is unclear how Elizabeth McGeorge Sullivan came to have this badge as she was never trained as a gunner nor did any of the WASPs ever see combat. However, she did correspond with three men, Howard &quot;Howdy&quot; A. Kelly, Malcolm Ruth, and Denver &quot;Denny&quot; K. Ake, who went through gunnery school in 1942 and 1943. It is possible that one of these men could have given this pin to Elizabeth.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[These cards show different scenes of the Conococheague Creek that runs through and along the edge of Wilson College Campus.<br />
Conococheague is a Lenape word and translates as “Water of many turns.” This tributary of the Potomac rises in Northwestern Adams County, in the South Mountain range and flows through Caledonia State Park, where it turns northwest toward Scotland, PA before turning south toward Wilson College. In Chambersburg, it then turns south toward Greencastle before eventually making its way to the Potomac. ]]></dcterms:description>
