Description
A blue diamond-shaped tag with black lettering featuring Elizabeth McGeorge's name below the saying "1st NATIONAL WASP FLYING CONFERENCE." The conference was sponsored by the Order of Fifinella. The Order of Fifinella was established by the WASP in November of 1944. The organization's purpose was to disseminate information about reemployment opportunities, to maintain communication among the WASP, and to form a unified organization to influence legislation and potential employers in aviation. The organization lasted for sixty-five years until its disbandment in 2009.
