Elizabeth Leopold Baker, 1896

Elizabeth Leopold Baker 1896, worked to improve the lives of women and underprivileged girls through her work with the Girls Scouts, the League of Women Voters, and the National Training School for Girls. She worked for legalization of birth control, and child labor laws and was active in the woman's suffrage movement.
