Edith Fry '26
Edith Fry ‘26 earned an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1936, where she did cancer research. She was later a Research Fellow at the Cox Research Institute. She had 30 research publications in the field of endocrinology – primarily on the role of hormones of the endocrine glands on metabolic processes in health and disease. She taught at Yale University from 1936 to 1972, and was included in American Men of Science in 1965.
