Sarah Robinson '12
Sarah Robinson ‘12 did graduate work at Columbia and the University of Chicago after graduating from Wilson in three years. Her obituary in the Detroit Free Press from 1986 stated: In her quest to understand her students, Sarah Robinson got an education from some of them who had nothing better to do than fight gang wars and carry switchblades. Fresh from being a social worker in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen, she came to Detroit determined to make a difference.
